Cars will run off water one day

This is an exceprt from my book "Hydrogen on Demand: A universal installation guide" which can be purchased off ebay for $20 or is given for free with membership to website http://www.hydrogengas.co.cc/

Introduction
H2o is the most abundant atomic property available on this planet. Through a process of electrolysis we humans create one of the most powerful energy’s available with this element, hydrogen. This process has been used since World War 2 in fighter planes. Unfortunately this amazing technology has been never released to the public.

The Goal:I believe that we must open our minds too new ways and quit throwing every new idea aside that doesn’t conform. This is not magic; it is science that has been repressed for the past 50 years. We live in a wonderful country run by corporate entities. I just feel that too many things are monopolized, why should water power be too? Your job is too spread the word. If you’re going to install the units be ethical about it. A man I know charges +$5,000 for a very basic set up without forewarning about the hassles involved or the lifespan of the unit. If you’re just going to use this knowledge to profiteer off the helpless gas victim then you’re just as bad as the oil companies. Its time to revolutionize our power! All you have to do is browse eBay and view the thousands of testimonials on feedback left for products to see the technology works. The problem is how much time do you have to spend to make it work?

Who should try to install an HHO system:If you have interest, have thoroughly read this guide and have a persistent attitude with basic knowledge about electronics and mechanics combined with a will to learn, then HHO is right for you. However if you are scared of engines, don’t like getting your hands dirty or get frustrated easily then you should probably read the manual and pay someone else to do the work. What vehicles will this work on:Personally I don’t suggest you do this modification on newer vehicles unless you are very confident and have done the installation before. Experiment with an older car first with a throttle body or carburetor. It will work on a diesel vehicle exactly the same way it would work on any other. Just make sure to note if the Diesel has an oxygen sensor and then you will have to follow the directions for installing an EFIE device. Computers are very touchy in newer vehicles and I have personally damaged two different oxygen sensors on my car trying to adjust them to the right levels. I don’t suggest you try this unless you are really comfortable with engines.Learn to use eBay:EBay is an excellent resource for hydrogen products, great deals, and a good place to get your product out there. It takes a good while of doing business there before you get the hang of things but most sellers are honest and care too much about their feedback rating to screw you over one. Thoroughly read the whole auction and if it’s a pricey item ask the seller a question or two before buying. Check their feedback and leave feedback if you buy from them. There is a lot of junk out there so be careful.1996, inventor Stanley Meyer was sued by two investors to whom he had sold dealerships, offering the right to do business in Water Fuel Cell technology. According to The Times, Meyer claimed in court that his invention "opened the way for a car which would 'run on water', powered simply by a car battery." The car would even run perpetually without fuel since the energy needed to continue the "fracturing" was low enough for the engine's dynamo to recharge the car's battery. His car was due to be examined by the expert witness Michael Laughton, Professor of Electrical Engineering at Queen Mary, University of London and Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering. However, Meyer made what Professor Laughton considered a "lame excuse" on the days of examination and did not allow the test to proceed. The Water Fuel Cell, on the other hand, was examined by three expert witnesses in court who found that there "was nothing revolutionary about the cell at all and that it was simply using conventional electrolysis". The court found Meyer guilty of "gross and egregious fraud" and ordered to repay the two investors their $25,000.Source, Wikepedia Patents 1998

There is also some great patents on that link which I will leave up to you to go read as that is a bit more in depth then I plan to go. This is the latest bit of history has been recently madeRecent History2008 • May 2008 Browns Gas / HHO fuel injection (HFI) technology will now be used on school buses in Canada. • June 2008 The first Dutch fishing boat will be equipped with Browns Gas fuel saver generators in 2008.• Companies like SAMSUNG already use Brown's Gas because of the high quality cut and seal of vacuum glass pipes of PDP, LCD TV that needs the best quality.• Genepax in Japan announces there creation of H2o powered car and plans to make publicly available soon. http://www.genepax.jp/ Source http://www.brownsgas.com/brownsgashistory.htmlChapter3

The Basics:What is HHO gas? (simple version)Waters properties of H2o are split and the hydrogen released setting off a combustible vapor gas which enters into the injectors and is sparked into useable energy. Walla! We have made water turn into gas! What is HHO gas? (complicated version)Chemically, HHO Gas (Also referred to as Browns Gas) is simply floating Hydrogen and Oxygen atoms. The electrolyte (I’ll explain more about that later) which you add to the generator acts as a catalyst inside the HHO generator and helps to break apart the Water Molecule through the process of electrolysis. This HHO Gas is then sucked into your engine through the air intake or vacuum lines, it then mixes with the fuel vapors in the engine increasing the octane rating of the fuel. Fig 1. Air comes in from the intake and is sparked to combust with the gasoline which moves the pistons which powers the vehicle. The way an engine normally works is you have little metal plugs called pistons moving rapidly up and down at (hopefully) a constant rate, this generates the power for the car. When a piston lowers it creates a small vacuum which sucks in fuel and oxygen (Intake) in what’s called the fuel/air mixture. When it rises it compresses the fuel (Compression) and the spark plug ignites it (Power). An engine will ideally only fire the piston when it has completely reached the top of its tube, however, most engines fire early and don’t burn the fuel completely. This creates inefficiency, reduces your Gas mileage and creates pollution. (Exhaust) If your vehicle was 100% HHO efficient like Stanley Meyer’s you would have zero emissions and we wouldn’t be contributing as much to global warming like we do. When the HHO Gas mixes with your gasoline it increases the Octane rating and the amount of compression required before the Gas ignites. The piston must then compress the fuel completely before it ignites, and the added Hydrogen and Oxygen allows the fuel to burn more completely reducing the amount of waste (emissions). So because there is less fuel being wasted as exhaust fumes you use less fuel. This also adds a bit more power to the engine, which increases its efficiency and improves your Miles per Gallon giving you better gas mileage. A dictionary Definition for Browns Gas-“Browns gas /HHO definition by: Merriam-Webster's Open Dictionary:Brownsgas (noun) : brownsgas/browns-gas refers to a process discovered by a Bulgarian born Dr. Yule Brown a heavy water phycist where water can be hydrogen/oxygen split up using low voltage causing it to become 66.6 percent hydrogen to 33.3 percent oxygen and then it can be returned back to being water by using the application of low voltage again. Brownsgas someday will replace petroleum fuel as a free clean energy source. A discovery that is considered to be a future replacement for petroleum fuels, that can also be used to weld anything to anything and transmute nuclear waste into becoming non nuclear.

Okay so basically you've got a large part of the idea.
